APT Community

Uniquely, each artist that is offered a studio on a seven year lease automatically becomes a member of the charity, taking an active role in its direction through Sub-Committees and other advisory roles. Proposals and recommendations are made to the Management Committee that is formed of:  Trustees, Sub-Committee Chairs, three elected Artist Advisers, four Floor Representatives and the Administrative Director.  More information about this structure can be found here.

All artist members are required to take part in a work in kind programme, giving APT 14 hours per year. Time can be taken to support with Sub-Committee attendance, general maintenance, APT projects or cleaning.
