Creekside OPEN - biennial since 2005
The CREEKSIDE OPEN is a biennial exhibition in two parts, each a selection of works from public submission by a different individual. Three prizes can be awarded by each selector according to their own criteria.
Since 2005 the CREEKSIDE OPEN has been organised by Liz May and David Oates under the remit of APT’s Gallery Committee comprising: Marcus Cope (Chair), Lulu Cottell, Rebecca Harper, Maggie Higginson, Veronique Chance and Chloe Farrar.

Brian Griffiths is a well-known London-based artist whose work features in many private and public collections. He produces three-dimensional collages using a range of sources, including old textbooks, 1950s and 1960s furniture, remnants of cut linoleum and polystyrene. His most well known works are his full-size cardboard reconstructions of computer workstations.

Sacha Craddock is an independent art critic, writer & curator based in London. She studied painting at Central Saint Martins followed by a post-graduate painting degree at Chelsea School of Art before going on to write for The Guardian and The Times. She has been Chair of the Board of New Contemporaries and selection process since 1996.
