Sarah Walsh joins APT

The Trustees of Art in Perpetuity Trust are happy to announce and welcome Sarah Walsh as Administrative Director effective 15 June 2020. Sarah joins APT from the Theatre Trust where she was General Manager since 2016.  Previously Sarah was General Manager at the Thames Festival Trust and Administrative Manager at the Whitechapel Gallery. Sarah has a wide range of experience from working with the Charity Commission, property management, fundraising to educational and artistic programming. Sarah is excited to be returning to working in the visual arts.

After eighteen years, Liz May is leaving APT to pursue her own artistic practice. Liz has made a huge contribution to the charity and the support to the artists in our studio complex and APT Gallery exhibitors. APT celebrates its 25th anniversary this year and Liz’s guidance and commitment over this time has laid the groundwork to further develop the charity’s work into the future.
