This year will be the first year of The APT Mentoring Award. Following on from previous awards like The Clyde Hopkins Mentoring Award and The APT and Fenton Arts Trust Mentoring Award, APT strives to continue providing a space for two mentees to join our community for the year.

The yearlong award is designed to provide space and support during the period between education and professional practice, with a communal mentoring relationship. The Award provides mentoring and a free studio space for a year, for two recent graduates, with any practice. Awardees will receive communal mentoring from various APT members and have a 1 week exhibition at APT Gallery at the end of their award.
