Guided Low Tide Walk

Led by the Creekside Discovery Centre

A collaboration between a team of local artists, Creekshow is part exhibition, part performance: bringing to life a multimedia archive of found objects and oral testimonies of Deptford Creek. 

Supported by Lewisham Council in partnership with Creekside Education Trust, as a part of We Are Lewisham, Lewisham’s programme for its year as London’s Borough of Culture.


Rita’s Kitchen is an emerging multi-arts collective exploring the intersections between theatre, visual and performance art. Rita’s Kitchen is a collaboration between Mary Malone and Jenny Witzel. Sammy Metcalfe is a writer, director, sound designer and performer based between the UK and Spain. As artistic director of Sleepwalk Collective, the award-winning UK/ Spanish experimental theatre company he co-founded in 2006, he has written and directed shows that have toured to theatres and festivals across Europe, Australia and the Americas.

Jenny Witzel is a producer, theatre maker, performer and 2020 graduate of East 15 Acting School’s Contemporary Theatre course. She is co-artistic director of Rita’s Kitchen and has produced all of their work to date.

Calum Perrin is a sound designer working across visual art, theatre, music and radio, exploring themes of disability, sensory experience and domesticity, as well as the relationship between archival processes and artistic practice. Calum was a 2021 Multitrack Fellow, and Live Lab resident at The Yard. They are currently composing for BBC Sounds Queertopia.

Luke Lewin Davies is an Associate Research Fellow at the Centre for Contemporary Theatre, Birkbeck University. His plays have been performed in Adelaide, Berlin, Avignon, Barcelona, Dublin and across the UK.
