Gallery Submissions

APT Gallery’s exhibition program combines a curated program along with selected exhibitions and APT initiated projects that reflect local, national and international practice.

As a charity we are determined to keep hire costs as low as possible so, whilst staff and artist-members will support the exhibition program as much as time allows, it should be understood that the exhibitor is ultimately responsible for invigilating, hanging and installing works.

Exhibition proposals are submitted to APT’s Gallery Committee for consideration at selection meetings throughout the year.  

The deadline for submissions is
15 January 2024.

Application Process

APT Gallery is a popular venue and we typically work a year in advance of booking availability.

To make a proposal please check submission dates above and then download the forms below and return it to us together with any supporting documentation that may help the Gallery Committee make their decision. If you would like to make a site visit then please contact us on 0208 694 8344

Supporting documentation may include a single page of expanded information about your proposal; the curator’s CV and/or relevant background information on collaborative partners; CVs of exhibiting artists; and images of artworks showing dimensions, media and dates.
