Graduate Studio Programme |  2019 to 2020

A.P.T’s Graduate Studio Programme offers a one-year lease on one studio at A.P.T’s studio complex on Creekside, Deptford, South East London.  Studio rent and electricity usage will be charged.

A.P.T is offering studio G18 to an artist who has graduated since 2017 for one year from 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2020.

As a member of A.P.T the selected graduate will be involved with our exhibition programme and will be invited to sit on A.P.T’s Gallery & Projects committee. The recipient of the Graduate Studio Award will be required to participate in our annual Open Studios Weekend and can take part in the wide range of education projects and events that we run throughout the year.  With forty two artist-members there is considerable opportunity to collaborate with our artist-members, and with local arts initiatives and festivals such as South London Art Map Last Fridays, Deptford X and Art Licks.

Ryder Project Space |  2019 to 2020

The Ryder Project Space will be offered to a visual artist for one year to enable a specific project, artwork or activity to be researched, produced or delivered. We are interested in receiving proposals that make good use of the studio
space and our aim is to encourage the delivery of a project that might not otherwise reach fruition.

A.P.T is pleased to announce the provision of a project studio for visual artists is continuing for a third year from 1 July 2019 to 30 June

Please submit a detailed project proposal along with the completed application form.

When the selected artist joins A.P.T they will become a member of the charity and will benefit from our strong community of 42 visual artists and our local networks.   The studio space recognises the contribution that David Ryder has made to A.P.T; he was integral in setting up A.P.T in 1995 and was a Trustee for 21 years.  David is now an honorary member of A.P.T and will be sitting on the selection panel.

These contribute to the Management Committee which is elected by A.P.T members every year, and consists of volunteer trustees from the community, chairs of sub-committees, the studio manager and artist advisors and representatives.
